Muscle Relax contains high concentrations of Magnesium and Calcium. These two minerals are essential for a strong skeleton and healthy bones but they also have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, muscle function and electrolyte balance. Magnesium is often insufficiently present in the diet. Muscle-Relax contains the best absorbable form of magnesium, namely magnesium citrate. When there is a magnesium deficiency, bone is demineralized with a weakening of the skeleton as a result. A magnesium deficiency can lead to muscle cramping and disturbed nerve stimulation with tense reactions and increased irritability as a result.
